Missions EQUIP
Do you have a heart to follow God into the mission field but don’t know where to begin?
Missions EQUIP, is next level, hands-on, missions training, that will equip you with all the tools you need to serve God wherever he may call you! This two-year Associates of Arts program within the University of the Nations will train you and take you out to the field, to experience hands-on what long-term missions can look like. Missions EQUIP is designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in areas such as communication, worldview, strategic thinking, pioneering, entrepreneurship, and cultural adaptation. We aim to teach you how you can use the unique giftings and skills that God has given you to impact the nations.
The Missions EQUIP degree (MEQ) is structured around studying and working in cohorts to build pioneer teams that will be fully equipped to enter the mission field upon completion.
By cultivating friendship based, long-term teams and focusing on holistic preparation, the program aims to empower a new generation of missionary pioneers who are ready to respond to God’s call and bring lasting transformation to the global mission
field.
What will it look like?
YOUR BRIDGE TO THE NATIONS.
The MEQ program consists of 4 semesters, with a fall semester and a winter-spring semester ending mid-May.
By finishing early, the students get the opportunity to return home for a 3–4-month period to work as well as engage in various field related preparations and assignments.
Each semester is between 15 to 18 weeks, with a central theme that will serve as a building block for the ensuing semester, creating a logical and academically sound progression towards the degree.
